1. Illumination

Use the laptop in areas with enough illumination to prevent eyestrain. If you cannot see the letters in your keyboard clearly, light up the area to avoid tiring your eyes.

2. Chair

Choose a chair that will bring your arms and hands at the level of your elbow. This will enable you to type without straining your arms. A computer chair with an adjustable seat with a back rest to keep you at good posture is best. Don't slouch. Good posture will enable you to work more efficiently.

3. Foot position

Place your feet flat on the floor, not hanging, to let your blood flow freely in your extremities even after hours of work.
